…hello world, hello Facebook

…. Di Elfe went live on one of the worlds most used social networks yesterday! Hurray!! Thanks to so many readers of the blog (approx 1000/week - good Lord!) we decided to take another step into the WWW.

We are still in the middle of everything, but progress can be seen all throughout the house. The attic is almost cleared, the cellar wall paint has been taken down, the new ventilation and the fire-door for the boiler room is in place and the kitchen is getting prepared to be painted.  My dear mum has had her joy of the day, walking the vacuum cleaner, which meant interrupting my peaceful breakfast and the morning news.

For those of you wanting to continue  the Oktoberfest “Austrian style”, the weekend in Klagenfurt at the Schleppe brewery has opened its doors.

I’ll better get back to fulfilling the project milestones in and around the house,
