…or at least reached a milestone in the project: “new tiled stove”.

Alfred, our professional “take-down-the-stove” man made it happen and ended the di elfe stove-not-working-at-all era yesterday afternoon. Now there is no tiled stove in the kitchen, only a large amount of dust and a a hole in the wall. By the way, most of the dust ended up as bags under my eyes this morning… pretty sight..

I had an interesting phone conversation with the shop selling new fireplaces yesterday and I could actually picture the poor lad shaking his head, wondering if I was under heavy medication. Starting off the conversation with: - I don’t know what I want, and how it should look like, but need one and would appreciate someone to come over and give us a hand. I could possibly tell the colors I prefer and no I don’t know the if it should be a 9kw or a 8 kw, but I can tell you that the difference is 1kw… At least he agreed to come by next week and have a look at the hole in the wall…

Off to the Vet with the dog, who’s going through surgery today ( that could be the reason for the bags under my eyes as well) and then the programme for today’s activities will follow in an heavy pace.
