..Art - and Antique exhibition in Pörtschach..

…starting today and ending on the 9th August - the 6th international art and antique exhibition.

If you need a break from sun and water you can visit the exhibition on Thursday from 4 pm- 9 pm, Friday and Saturday between 11 am- 9 pm and Sunday from 10 am - 6 pm at the Pörtschacher Congress Centre Wörthersee.

Temperatures exceeding 30°C today again and took a couple of hours off and went to Bad Saag for some sun and a swim. Most of our guests were there and some went to see the Knockberge not far from here.

Nockberge is a beautiful nationalpark which was once upon a time, after the Nockbergstrasse  was built,  suppose to become a ski and wellness resort. But due to protests of the Carinthian people, the project was rejected and the 1st of January 1987 the Nockberg National Park was formed. More info can be found here.
The scenery is fantastic and worth a visit.
