It takes approx 15-20 minutes to Klagenfurt from here if you keep to the small road along the lake. Klagenfurt is a sweet town at the east end of Wörthersee. It has a population around 92.000 and is the capital of the federal state of Carinthia in Austria. Klagenfurt is located on 446 metres above sea level and has an area of 120.11 square km. Klagenfurt has the closest airport, which is small, but international and frequent connecting to most major cities around Europe.

It has been raining since yesterday, however the sky is brighter, rain stopped and the mountains are visible again. Tomorrow as soon as the fog has cleared - we should have our warm old summer back again.
